Pros
I enjoy filling as a task-oriented leader in which my team (coworkers) and I are competent and are able to complete our daily duties with no accommodation. I enjoy working with customers who want certain cleaning services done and typically I am able to direct my coworkers accordingly to the employer's needs. Also, I enjoy cleaning, and this job isn't too physically demanding. I feel accomplished in knowing my expertise in our work is exceptional and it leaves our employer feeling glad they have a contract with us.
Cons
Company sometimes lays out more duties than expected without letting know in advance and there are no pay raises or performance awards.
