      Pros

      Good hours, variety of work environments, friendly coworkers and good clients.

      Cons

      Long-distance driving worksites, female vocational director is ridiculous, pay is horrible, you get no recognition for the good things you do only the bad. Management believes everything they hear and management is to judge mental.
