The people were very nice to work with! I enjoyed all of the equipment and techniques I learned.
Cons
No upwards mobility. Using the same equipment and techniques get boring. Pay raises based on how long you are loyal, not the amount of work put in. When you put in a lot of work, you barely even get a pat on the back. Priorities are not clear, which creates a lot of confusion and stress. Always scared you will lose your job based on how the company is doing. Dirty facilities. Complaints to managers do not matter. HR does not resolve problems other than slaps on the hands. The unsteadiness of departments does not make this position worth it.
