Pros

love the early start time of 6 am. Designated territory with specific stores to service. Good hourly pay. Helpful district mgr. Individual flexibility to simply get the work done.

Cons

Scott's is your competition which can be overwhelming unless you win their reps over. Low mileage reimbursement of $.22/mile. Expect to be laid-off when the seasonal sales show first sign of slowing. No career advancement

    Pros

I enjoyed being a line operator as my job was never boring, I also enjoyed the challenges that came with day to day operations. The job in itself was great if you like to stay busy and like to multi task.

    Cons

I was hired on and told that there were skill blocks that we could complete to make ourselves more knowledgeable and obtain a raise. I was told that with in six months of employment that I would be making almost $14.00 an hour. We were told in company meetings that these skill blocks were being revised, but they were never made available again. Our supervisor told an employee who questioned the availability that " if we didn't like it we could leave". This statement damaged moral.

    Advice to Management

I feel that a company should be honest with their employees and stay true to their word.
