Opportunity to take full control of your day to day work with little management. A lot of exposure to an overwhelming amount of business functions. Easy to get along with most people.
Cons
Compensation is terrible and constantly complained about on a corporate scale. Far below national average across all sales & marketing roles. Incentive plan seems attractive but will set you up for failure due to lack of support. Impossible to fully execute on business opportunities. Extremely fatigued morale and the opportunities for growth are unrealistic. Common theme of "being spread too thin". Lean organizational structure.

Good work environment, plenty of lip service to trying to be better in inclusion and business plans.
Cons
Little to no follow up of any culture plans. Rewarding high productivity by forcing employees to return to office for more and more days for 'culture' but no plans whatsoever to engage with them or increase culture. Monitoring them like children and displaying no trust.
