Entertaining to see what they will try next. You are encouraged/forced to gain valuable coping and crisis management skills. You get to see what doesn’t work and how to explain poor decisions to customers, suppliers and staff. This is actually good experience as long as you move on quickly and use it at a more competent organization.

Cons

You are at risk of being the next synergy at any time. You will have a hard time fitting in with whatever sophomoric leadership trend they feel could best be used to motivate you while they are being “vulnerable and authentic”. Whatever division you are in is for sale at all times regardless of what they have said in the past two weeks to two years. Literally read past earnings calls for a few years back and compare to what has happened. They have the least demanding investors in the consumer products industry as no serious activists have managed to demand board level change despite numerous class action lawsuits and horrible stock performance under the existing CEO.
