Company's financial issue and retrenchment are a common thing here. - Majority of the employees in the company are totally burned out and are just waiting for better opportunities just so they can resign - Hoping for yearly increment and bonuses? You may continue to just dream on. Management feels increment and bonuses are not important but work experience is. - If you exceed expectations or gain good reviews from customer, management will only praise you with words. You may be the top performer for months but no reward for your hard work will be given to you. - Micro managing is real here. Everything you do will be question. Warning letters are given like memo. - Management can be very unfair when it comes to any decisions made. They do something without thinking the future consequences.
