I'm not sure I can answer this honestly.

Lack of real career opportunities unless you like doing the same thing every day until you pass away. Compensation is very low, especially for a startup seeking their Series A. There is no culture and they don't value you as a person. What diversity? Senior management is utterly clueless. Middle management is merely collecting a paycheck. They want you to work so much you don't have time for a life.

The organisation is constantly innovating, and the products we’re building are exciting and meaningful. Leadership has a clear mission and strong vision for where the company is headed, and they genuinely invest in their people.
