Good place to start a career and move into other positions

High turn over rate. Be weary of job descriptions-Managers like to use employees with unclear job descriptions like toilet paper.

Advice to Management

Stop doing the same thing over and over trying to get different results. Big disconnect from the top to the bottom. No accountability for managers. No clear understanding of internal processes and coordination of supporting departments.
