    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Free flight benifits. Very good people to work with. Good medical and dental benifits. Working at an airport is a fun place to work. Once you get airline in your blood... You can never get it out.

    Cons

Delayed flight may cause you to have to work past your scheduled off time. It's something you don't know until you actually get to work so it makes it hard to make plans after work.

    Advice to Management

Make Spirit a "Spirit Family" again... Like when Ned Homfeld ran the company.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

A maverick in the industry - and still in (slow) growth mode.

    Cons

    Limited information sharing from management.
Ultra-low cost mentality trickles down to employee benefits and rewards.

    Advice to Management

Communicate with employees - it's not right to find out important information from news sources online.
