    Pros

    Low Cost - If you really need to go somewhere the ticket prices are very affordable.
    Inflight Uniforms - A lot of options.
    New Planes - New and easy to use airbus A319 , A321, and soon A320.
    FLL InFlight Supervisors - The ladies in the office are very kind.
    Health Insurance - PPO in network is the best.
    Some genuine good people.
    Company Slogan- "It is what it is"

    Cons

    Nasty Planes - Rarely get properly cleaned.
    Not Everyone Has / Wears a uniform.
    Mom and Pop Airline.
    Horible Training in all departments.
    No Customer Service - Hurry up and wait.
    Every man, woman, and child are on their own.
    The list goes on and on. etc.

    Advice to Management

    Low cost and Low to no class.
    Teamwork-Everyone is working towards the same commen goal.
    Customer Service-Bring it back.
    Respect.
    Integrity.
    Pro-Employee=No Union.
    Professionalism.
    The list goes on and on. etc.
    If you can't do it right then don't do it at all.

    Pros

    Free flight benifits. Very good people to work with. Good medical and dental benifits. Working at an airport is a fun place to work. Once you get airline in your blood... You can never get it out.

    Cons

    Delayed flight may cause you to have to work past your scheduled off time. It's something you don't know until you actually get to work so it makes it hard to make plans after work.

    Advice to Management

    Make Spirit a "Spirit Family" again... Like when Ned Homfeld ran the company.
