2yThank you for sharing your feedback about your experience at Split. Wellness is extremely important to us, so we're glad you had a positive experience with our holiday closure and wellness programs.
Like many technology companies, unfortunately, Split has not been immune to the lingering economic impacts. Through our weekly all-hand meetings, we work hard to communicate the product roadmap vision, provide transparent business updates, and more. When we were given feedback that there were more opportunities to be transparent, we added ad-hoc meetings hosted by leadership to increase communication and give employees Q&A opportunity. We care deeply about feedback from employees, current and former like yourself, and we will continue to listen and do our best to apply for the future.
