    Positive Outlook

I worked at Spokane Transit Authority full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Awesome retirement and great coworkers. Wages and benefits are very good for the industry.

    Cons

Oppressive management with new technology taking away the professionalism of the operators and leaving all decisions on the road to supervisors with out experience behind the wheel.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees as professionals and they will rise to the challenge.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Spokane Transit Authority full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Cannot think of any. Get a Class A CDL...

    Cons

This company gets off by firing people.

    Advice to Management

The CEO of Spokane Transit Authority should be ashamed of herself. Poor best describes how this taxpayer funded government entity treats injured workers. Due to pending litigation I cannot elaborate further but, from the CEO down, heads need to roll.
