      Pros

      Product is high quality and the office is bright and modern. Casual laid back atmosphere is refreshing.

      Cons

      There is no trust in people doing their jobs and a consistently high turnover of staff in the brand team due to poor management who are all chat and no act. Poor company culture which can best be described as something like a “Richmond Lads club”

      Lots to learn, talented team, ambitious! Decent enough hybrid model and socials. Everyone is super nice.

      Cons

      Product is struggling with current market, and the team can feel that pressure! Pressure to be in office vs employees desire to wfh was felt.

      Pros

      I had a great experience at the company, with plenty of opportunities for learning and growth. Culture is strong and I really enjoyed working with the people at SPOKE. The career progression was good, and I appreciated the healthy work-life balance. Overall, this has been the best place I've worked.

      Honestly no cons for me - truly a great place to work.
