    Pros

    I love this company I’ve been here for going into 5years. I am surrounded by family/team everyday, get to wear comfortable clothes, competitive wages, paid vacations, incentives, and so much more. I am definitely thankful I got blessed to be with this amazing company and great team. Our area coach Bailey is always on top of things very personable and energetic she is the best. We keep a strong bond because of the Passion we all have for this company and love and support from our team leader and area coach.

    How could you have any cons about this company they are by far the best in the business.

    I got to experience what it was like working for a franchise.

    Cons

    The online check-in system produces inaccurate information. Stylists are often sitting for hours for a client to walk-in because the check-in system doesn’t produce an accurate wait time or doesn’t notify them when a stylist is available. Each time a client is serviced a hard copy service ticket is generated. I save all of my hardcopies because there have been many instances where the system showed I worked on less clients than I actually have. The Sport Clips website advertises 20-30 minute haircuts but the leadership team at my franchise expects 15-18 minutes for this service and reprimands those who don’t meet the 18 minutes. Sport Clips doesn’t keep record of training opportunities for their stylist. So if someone from the leadership team doesn’t like you, they can easily make something up and have you reprimanded or fired without a clear understanding of how your performance could be improved. They don’t sanitize their shampoo bowls. Cutting chairs or stools aren’t provided to pregnant women upon request. Their leadership team says it’s against their standard policies.
