I worked at Sports Authority part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

okay pay, okay co -worker. Honestly, it was just a summer job between college.

Cons

Once you work there you could honestly see why Dick's sporting goods blow them out of the market.
Mangers care mostly about selling insurance rather than building a relationship. At a business stand point they need restructuring and remolding.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of employees that aren't doing their jobs to their fullest potential to make room for employees that are willing to work hard. Also, compensation for employees with previous experience (college degree & masters) should be higher than those with no college degree.
