I worked at Sports Authority full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Good discount employee discount and ok pay.

Cons

Environment was very corrupt, management had bad attitudes. Store manager played favorites to employees and didn't make them face consequences for not doing their jobs and everyone else suffered and had to pick up the slack. District Manager was rude and ordered people around on visits.

Advice to Management

Do a better job hiring your managers.
