Pros

It's clear that the company cares about its employees. It offers good benefits and a lot of opportunities for employees to engage with each other socially, free food in the office, option to work remotely or hybrid. People are generally happy to be here and take ownership of their work. I have found there to be a pretty flat hierarchy with a genuine desire to engage with employees and help them fulfill their full potential.

Cons

It seems like the company is developing a new major strategy more than once a year, which makes it hard to realize what we should be working towards. Sometimes there's such an emphasis on consensus that it can be chaotic. Pay seems to lag competitors and there are no bonuses. Equity compensation is nice but the stock has been so volatile that the value of equity comp often depends most on when it was awarded.
