    Pros

Co-Workers and nice. Employee lounge is a great amenity.

    Cons

Long hours. Salary people expected to work 60+ hrs/week. Very little appreciation of what it takes to get the job done. No real training, expected to do it right, and be done yesterday with no advance notice

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Springboard Credit full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed helping the callers with their financial situations. The situation was relatively laid-back for a call center environment. The benefits package was decent and the compensation was good.

    Cons

I experienced some unethical situations. Management was forever changing. Rather than promoting qualified internal staff, they would hire outside temporary staff for management and other positions. They like to hire part-time and temporary staff and not pay benefits. It's hard to get transitioned to permanent with benefits.

    Advice to Management

Recognize your in-house talent and work with them rather than trying to be cheap and hire external temporary staff. Provide more oversight and do not put your staff in a situation where ethics might be called into play.
