I worked at Springs Window Fashions full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Nice work environment. Exceptionally clean. Friendly. Upper management, for the most part, tried to keep you informed of the business climate, finances and where the company was heading. Always very clearly informed of your benefits, profit sharing and helpful with your retirement finances.

Cons

Not many jobs left in Middleton. A lot have been shipped to Mexico. I don't think the career advancement there is as good as it used to be.

    Advice to Management

The company needs to start to improve to better quality standards, to increase quality of the products and gain more market based on this, rather than price or delivery.
