I have been working at Sprinklr full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Super-smart, dynamic and motivated colleagues that truly care about the customer experience and supporting each other!
Flexible PTO policy, very good benefits, work from home options, as well as gym membership discounts.
Culture values having fun while working hard and work life balance!

Cons

None that I can think of.

Advice to Management

Continue to work hard to unify experience and flow across multiple modules from recent acquisitions. Keep the cultural values as we grow!

    Pros

Great coworkers, awesome culture, variety of work, fascinating work, always on your toes

    Cons

Super fast paced, thrown into projects, have to pick things up quickly and be fast learner

    Advice to Management

More training off the bat, better overview before huge leap into this field

    Pros

    - not treated like an intern
    - given a lot of responsibilities (almost too much)
    - pay is decent
    - coworkers treat you like an equal

    Cons

    - sometimes forced to work ridiculous hours with no compensation over 8 hours/day
    - may or may not end in a full time offer, regardless of how competent you are, like any other company, Sprinklr uses interns as valuable, cost-effective resources
    - they may tell you an offer is in the works, but you may never see one

    Advice to Management

Create a streamlined intern program with a defined start and end date. Don't let interns stay in intern-limbo hoping they'll get a job when they may not
