    Pros

decent pay. great benefits. Depending on what kind of store youre at youll have to deal with angry customers. if you can handle that, youll be fine and have fun.

    Cons

you'll barely have a personal life. Dont think youll get to business sales or corporate. its rare that people do. its all about who you know at this company. As long as you hit your numbers youll make a ton if money but if not, youll be gone soon.

    Advice to Management

Stop letting good sales people go that may have had a few bad months. They keep the scammers around but the people that really care either get fired or end up leaving

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Pay is fair by market value standards, schedules are seniority based so they are as good as possible, good benefits, onsite gym, location is great for commuters.

    Cons

Mid-level managers were difficult to work with and even though there's an open door policy, there isn't an open door policy. There are many unlimited internet plans, but this year we added an additional $10 fee for unlimited internet; customers complain about it and CSR's are to ignore the logic of the complaint in favor of pointing out the price distinctions with other carriers. It's awkward and makes it more difficult to receive positive feedback from customers.
