    Pros

    The benefits at sprint are very good and you are able to make a lot through commission, Good sales experince for college students

    Cons

    Management is very unqualified. If you dont kiss managements ass they will give bad shifts and hitting quota will be impossible

    Advice to Management

    Mangement needs to be more qualified. I amused to playing office politics but it was extreme working at sprint nextel

    Pros

    great benefits, great commissions, great managers. Flexible hours, good for students, great opportunities throughout the country, willing to work with employees schedules.

    Cons

    It was nearly impossible to get promoted past the lead position. Even though my numbers, customer service scores and general work habit was far superior, friends and acquaintances of managers got promoted ahead of me.

    Advice to Management

    Use performance based systems to promote from within, it felt like I was in high school again, and not one of the cool kids.
