    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    - Managers were great about scheduling around personal needs outside of work
    - Fair amount of vacation time
    - Decent base pay
    - Easy job to attain even with minimal retail experience

    Cons

    - The commission structure is CONSTANTLY changing so there is never a constant amount of pay
    - Difficult to submit commission appeals and get paid on valid sales
    - High quotas that are hard to attain when foot traffic is down
    - Various quotas don't leave you with a sense of job security

    Advice to Management

Create a better commission structure that employees can be comfortable with as opposed to changing it from month to month. Allow the appeal process to be easier so that employees are able to be paid for sales, it always seems to be easier to lose money than to get paid here.
