I worked at Sprint full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

money- Sprint pays better than nearly any other employer in the KC area. Even without a real raise in five years, the pay is above regional average.

    Cons

Career went no where. It is best to manage your job to avoid layoffs which come nearly every year. The culture is stiffled with little enthusiasm toward the future

I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great environment, competitive commission structure.

    Cons

Management plays favorites and wasn't involved with the employees.

    Advice to Management

Get on the floor and help out the staff! Sitting in the back office and working on the schedule for 5 days isn't very productive.
