I worked at Sprint full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Most Sales Support / Customer Care positions have the ability to work from home 3 days a week
    Good benefits,
    casual business dress
    compensation standard with industry
good career opportunities company is performing.

    Cons

    annual lay offs
merit increases are 1-2% but not every year due to economy

  2. "Company Struggling"

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great campus
I worked with some amazing people here - unfortunately, company doing very poorly in a very competitive industry
    Good work-life balance

    Cons

Kansas City has very few opportunities outside of Sprint and maybe a handful of other smaller companies. So, with a lay-off, it would be hard to find something else.
Upward mobility severly limited given the strategic struggles at the company - when the company is trying to fix itself, promoting internal talent is far down on priority list.

    Advice to Management

Stay the course on your strategies - don't change every six months.
