I worked at Sprint full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Plenty of resources if you just ask.
People are always willing to work with you.
Great mentorship from your managers.
Co-workers are experienced veterans in B2B sales and can teach you a lot.
Almost everyone has a great sense of humor and are a pleasure to talk to day-to-day.

Cons

All projects are done with increasing sales as an end goal, so even though everything is sales-oriented, there are still plenty of opportunities to develop communication, analytical, and research skills.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, free unlimited phone plan, decent hours for retail.

    Cons

If you're a tech you're not going to move up in the company very fast, if at all. They are trying to get techs to sell accessories but not pay us for selling, while the sales reps get commission.

    Advice to Management

Open repair only stores, separate the sales and repair sides of the business.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Sprint full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Executive talk like its a place to get ahead, but in the end, those positions are reserved for long time friends from outside the company.

    Cons

The CEO promotes Sprint during company wide meetings as if Sprint has significantly outpaced their peers, which is true, except Sprint's stock fell harder than everyone else's over the last 5 years, so its easy to say their % increase or ROI is outstanding...But ask shareholders who still own stock at $24, $12, or even $9, and Sprint is still below $5, pretty sure most shareholders are tired of the 'marketing spin'. The CEO (Dan Hesse) compares how great performance is compared to the previous dismal quarters/years which is very disrespectful to the intelligence of the employees.

    Advice to Management

Admit you've failed in the past and move on. And quit hiring your buddies to the huge salaries, bonuses and severance packages, and share that generosity with the other employees.
