I worked at Sprint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Be a part of all the new innovative technology that Sprint has yet to introduce to the market.
    Great monthly sales commissions.
    Great schedules and teamwork skills.

    Cons

Not really a downfall, but being that its a retail enviornment manditory schedules for Holiday and the day after all the major holidays are what I didnt like. But I ended up having fun anyway!

I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great, team based relationship if you get in a solid store, room to grow even without a college degree. Reasonable pay for a straight out of college job, with fantastic benefits and perks as well, and a reasonable compensation package.

    Cons

Retail hours, plus you know... working with the general public. Actually honestly that's not even that bad, it gives you a great opportunity to grow your personal network and make some great new contacts, quickly.

It is a competitive environment, if you aren't ready to get into that it's not the job for you...

    Advice to Management

Upper management should have more direct channels in which to communicate with sales staff.
