    I worked at Sprint full-time

    Pros

Opportunity to work with intelligent people from all over the world on leading edge communication technologies. Great pay and good benefits.

    Cons

Recurring layoffs and too many "fire drills" resulting in temporary losses of work/life balance often with little to no genuine benefit to the company

I have been working at Sprint full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Consistent training. Great benefits, including stock options and tuition reimbursement. Generous PTO and compensation available.

    Cons

While the PTO is available, it's frowned upon to take it. Commission plans change too often. Lack of diversity in upper management.

    Advice to Management

Encourage your sales teams to take more time off. It is very easy for a SM to get stressed or burned out. Reduce the number of metrics you chase. Over 20 during my time there. Too many irons in the fire will burn the place down. Increase focus on inclusion and diversity in upper management. They don't fully represent your front line employees.
