Pros

very easy-going and laid back. Easy to get other things done on a computer while at work like classes or studies.

Cons

pay, salary, pretty much everything else is a con.

    Pros

    it is very successful and you get free phone service.

    Cons

    you can only miss one day in training and if you miss more than one day it's automatic termination. Training last for 11 weeks.

    management should communicate more with employees

    Pros

    Competive Salary $12.00
    Great Insurance
    Nice vacation package , starting out you get almost 3 weeks of paid vacation.
    Free unlimited Cellular phone for the employee and highly discounted rates for your friends and family you can add under your name.

    Cons

    Highly stressful enviroment, customers are allowed to curse & harrass & belittle you, it is tolerated & you are expect to express compassion and courstey the entire time plus meet your call handling time.
    Middle Managment harrasses and belittles you, even timing how long you have been in the bathroom & requesting a doctors not or signing out on a specail code. They are very creative on how to take away incentives to punish you for their centers short coming and not meeting goals set by excutives. Currently no personal items are allowed at your desk because they feel it distracts you until the center is meeting goal again.
    You will never feel secure about your job, its is always at risk, by "stats" or policy changes.
    The Ecomony kept a pay freeze for 4 years, but CEO's still recieved bonuses.
    Vacation time is great, but you dont get to take it when you need it, and you need to request it MONTHS in advance.
    You will work Holidays, many have had to work Christmas day.
    Sprint does expect to put your job before your family, they do not & will not make exceptions regarding schedules. Five minutes late for work , you will miss perfect attendance for the entire month.
    Promotions are available , however it is not a target for single parents , please if you are a single parent do not apply for this job.
    I've worked there for 10 years and still work weekends, and next shift will mostly be a "mid-shift" coming in at 10 am and working to 7pm. That was the shift I had over 10 years ago, they do try now to give you one weekend day off.

    Advice to Management

    Work on those things that you feel are stated as negative. I was very honest. Employees deserve a sense of job security, which this is your greatest fail of all. Some who as worked for the company for 10 years deserves a decent schedule which works with their family life; they have EARNED it, numbers are important , but so is ethics and values.
    CEO's before you give yourselfs bonus you need to meet your workers cost of living, I actaully live at the proverty line. Instead of giving that pay incentive this year to your high performing employees , you may should of reconsider giving one to an employee who hasnt recieved a raise for years do to the pay freeze and that the center is moving 25 minutes further away to try and compensate for the extra gas money you are requiring the employee to pay of pocket to accomidate the added drive and cost. This company would benifit adopting morals from Google inc & how they manage employee , Managment additudes toward the employees need be driven by values, i.e., bases decisions and actions on the highest standards of ethics and principles.
