I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

* Make over $40k as retail associate (more than most managers).
* Free employee line with special pricing on handsets
* Easy environment to work in.

Cons

* Competitors pay more and have better service
* Every year the health insurance gets worst
* Whenever a new phone comes out (specially apple products) employees have to wait months to get it, even if willing to pay full price for them (Still not able to get an iPhone 5..)

Advice to Management

Stop trying to cut the profit margins of retail reps (diminishing % on accessories sold, giving crazy quotas to meet)

    Keep pressing for excellence, but don't run the employees into the ground getting there.

    I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    You can make quite a bit of money from commission. It's a clean environment. It can be fun. You generally have the tools you need to be successful. It is strictly Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

    Cons

    There are strange dynamics within the local management team. Some of them are unskilled and untrained. Ignore them and keep at a safe distance, enjoy the time off and solid earning potential.

    Advice to Management

    Read some management skills books and some self help books.
