    Pros

    Benefits are excellent, salary is ok, could be better, location is excellent, managers are wonderful.

    Cons

    Holiday hours were too long, rude customers, you don't need a meeting every Saturday, have a meeting 15 minutes before the store opens with your employees and one mandatory meeting once a month!

    keep up the good work to maintain your awesome emloyees

    Pros

    There is a lot people talent, both tenured and new. There are many opportunities and challenges to make the job interesting and enjoyable.

    Cons

    Change is a constant and with that change comes adjustment and learning if you are not comfortable with this then you will struggle.

    Advice to Management

    Be involved with your front line employees, make sure that front line Managers continue to mentor and develop your talent.
