I worked at Sprint full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Good benefits
Lots of growth opportunity
Free cell service
On campus fitness and health center

Cons

Nothing major, had one boss that took all the credit for others work - but that's his problem, not the company's.

I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers are cool. Updates in cell phones helps to keep the job interesting. Free cell phone bill is a plus and also a plan that lets your family get a discount is nice.

    Cons

Turnover is high, which keeps a good portion of the team tied up in training. Wages also keep getting cut. This can be good for some because the fast turnover lets some advance quick.

I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good Benefits. Free phone service. You will meet a lot of nice people. It's an ok job for what it is.

    Cons

Overly micro-managed. Tries to control your every move. Not enough opportunity for actual growth. Most people promoted or given opportunity based on who they know. Criteria to get raises excludes a lot of hard working people unfairly. No consistency within managers.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees and don't treat them like cattle. Stop changing policies on a whim to set employees up for failure.
