I have been working at Sprint full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Happiest workforce I've seen.

Pay is exceptional compared to competitors.

Finally someone gets that you have to hire quality people to provide quality service.

Cons

I'm sure there is something but I have not been here long enough to find any.

Advice to Management

None yet. For self interest, I'd like for them to not get bought by DISH.

    Pros

    easy selling environment, low pressure. With a good area manager the job was pretty smooth.

    Cons

    quotas could be difficult sometimes. district managers have wide ranging powers over their areas. Some other employees could offer false discounts to clients to beef up results.

    I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    They are a hi tech company and they put a lot of capital investment behind HR. They are very focused on customer service

    Cons

    They are a high tech company in a mature industry still operating sales and marketing from 2002. They need to catch up with Verizon and AT&T, not T Mobile. They are not selling pagers anymore!!!

    Advice to Management

    Think in terms of your customers and you will find a better way to reach your customers. Making 50 cold calls a day is not reaching out to your customers. Making 6 quality calls is effective.
