Pros

Great benefits, Great company to advance if in the right area, Great diversity

Cons

Hard to manage family life with work life, Not compensated financially for all the work done

Advice to Management

Compensation needs to be improved tremendously for the amount of work employees do, hard to advance within different departments

I worked at Sprint full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

you can make good money if you do shady activity. But honest people generally won't enjoy selling a service that doesn't work all that well. 4g is always "about to come"

    Cons

high turnover rate. Sales reps come in and out every 6 months on average.
The commission structure is not good, there is no real drive or worth while commission boost to getting more sales. It is just set up in a way to make sure you don't make much.

    Advice to Management

get a new job, because Sprint has no respect for their employees. We were all just disposable numbers.

I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, opportunity to make a good income, very competitive, develop sales skills, improve your interpersonal skills, free unlimited phone service, Good training, advancement opportunities

    Cons

Retail hours, no holidays off, long hours, very competitive, customers can be abusive, vacation time limited to 7 consecutive days unless to get DM approval. Must make quota 100% each month.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your frontline staff, they're a better source of information. They deal with the customer daily. Don't dismiss what they say.
