Pros

good pay, great people to work with and benefits are on par with other companies

Advice to Management

Work on communications between escalation management and regional management

I worked at Sprint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent corporate benefits and great commission potential for the sales pro who is good with quick in-and-out, short-cycle closing

    Cons

Typical retail schedule - they give a lot of PTO ro new employees, but the seasonal retail needs make much of the year very inconvenient times to take your PTO; not ideal for sales reps whose forte is relationship building and longer sales cycle closing; no choice in location assignment, which can mean high costs in commute if you're in a large metro area (I worked at a store 40 mins & a toll fee from home)

    Advice to Management

Get to know your staff, even if history indicates they may not stick around long
