    I worked at Sprint full-time

    Pros

Decent benefits, discounts on phone/internet. Can learn a lot about wireless technology in a short amount of time with the company training provided

    Cons

Under qualified management, low pay, office politics favored over job performance. Management is aggressive and use more of an intimidation style of leadership rather that collaborative. The company has 3 different networks under their umbrella which cause a lot of confusion for customers with technology and switching between different phones.

    Advice to Management

Listen more to employees' needs to perform job effectively. Pay more attention to keeping the talent from walking out the door than personal feelings and petty office politics.

I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I moved up fairly quickly in this business, and they offer incentives like free phone service and advocate plans for family and friends

    Cons

This is life sucking job, the hours are never as planned. If you wish to ever see your family, or enjoy a day off without one of your reps or managers calling, forget about it. It's alot more pain than it's worth. You're expected to track inventory, coach reps, send reports, and be on the sales floor 80% of the time. Stressful job
