I have been working at Sprint full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Unlimited commission based on how much you sell in phone plans not devices.

    Cons

Your superiors can be very disrespectful because they have power over you.

    Approves of CEO

I worked at Sprint full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Cool industry to work in. People are generally good to work with and for.

    Cons

Most hated postpaid wireless company. Lots of customer service handling.

    Advice to Management

Hold on for the merger ride. Did that once before and it is a wild one.
