I worked at Sprint full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Pay- Not bad, around 10.50-13.50 an hour as a Retail Consultant
Commission- anywhere from 500-1500 a month.

Cons

District Manager Lied about Pay during interview
Managers are not qualified and have no resources to make anything happen
Company does not listen to employees on things they obviously should pay attention to

Advice to Management

Even after reaching out to my manger about the problem with my district manager, she was scared to actually speak directly to her boss about it. So I went to the district managers boss, Then he ignored me, So I went to his boss. In return, he told the district manager how I felt and tried to act like he was helping with a anonymous survey about her. The survey was not anonymous and it was not about the right person. It seems like they all want to protect each other and not get to the heart of the issue.

Lets be honest Sprint, AT&T pays more and is a way better place to work. I wouldn't mind being paid less as long as I loved going to work and I felt I was worth something more than a number day to day. Make your employees feel like people who have a say.
