I worked at Sprint full-time (More than a year)

Pros

It is a wonderful and competitive experience in the store. There are many opportunities to improve and grow within the company.

Cons

As an individual, you will not be rewarded with much respect, and the company itself is not loyal to their employees.

Advice to Management

Don't step on the little guys so much, please!

    I worked at Sprint full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Hired many that were in need of work, offered good incentives, offered good retirement incentive benefits, cash incentive bonuses, good training for starting work

    Cons

    Low pay scale, lay off without notice, incentives went to points to make purchases on third party sites instead of cash, managerial thugs (in my experience)

    Advice to Management

    Stop being so threatening and intimidating

    Great Team of people, opportunity to grow and contribute. Product set that works and provides value.

    Cons

    Lack of involvement from Director to VP level when it comes to customer engagement. Need to move mountains for them to attend a customer meeting.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the employees engaged on what is going on.
