    Pros

Flexibility with student scheduling is great at Sprint, also they have a tuition reimbursement program that gives you a partial reimbursement for investing in your own education. Great job for students while in school, but after that move into your field of study. Most money for young students to make, without a degree.

    Cons

Low pay, and they change the commission structure when they see that sales reps start making good money. Area manager blames store managers for anything that's lacking, store manager blames sales reps for anything that's lacking. Even if you are in the green in all sales metrics, manager/area manager will complain as to why one metric is lower than the rest, it's how they create work for themselves.

    Advice to Management

Playbook meetings were a complete waste of time, sales reps are more than capable of reading a 15 page printout, and should not have to drive to work for a 1 hour meeting, on their day off, just to be told whats new in the playbook, when I've already read it.
