Money is nice for entry level sales
Can move up easily at the store level

Commissions are lacking compared to others in the industry.
Not a lot of stores or Business positions nationwide.

Advice to Management

Open more store.
Continue to fix the network.

    Supportive of a good Work/Life Balance , competitive salaries ,

    Cons

    "Good Old Boy" network in Overland Park HQ. Remote locations did not feel like they were part of the team.

    Advice to Management

    Cut the fluff .. Top heavy in many areas. Also allow more upwards mobility within the Org Structure for those who have worked hard and deserve it..
