    Pros

    Pays better than most for the type of work they do. Has decent benefits. Great employee discounts.

    Cons

    Go back to better benefits not just decent.

    Continue listening to your employees, they may not have all the answers but it may spark a great idea for implementing a new policy, product, etc.

    Pros

    Good people, professional. Good culture and diverse work force. Management is easy to live with. Open door policy with managers.

    Cons

    Although the culture is open and goal setting encouraged. There are limited opportunities for growth. The managers are concerned with manager work rather than managing their subordinates.

    Advice to Management

    Make changes to to process and training by engaging the techs who are most skilled at the job. Restoring outages , rather than making changes to micromanage productivity.
