I have been working at Sprint full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Good people, professional. Good culture and diverse work force. Management is easy to live with. Open door policy with managers.

Cons

Although the culture is open and goal setting encouraged. There are limited opportunities for growth. The managers are concerned with manager work rather than managing their subordinates.

Advice to Management

Make changes to to process and training by engaging the techs who are most skilled at the job. Restoring outages , rather than making changes to micromanage productivity.

    I worked at Sprint full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Decent pay. Clean sites. Some people in the business are nice.

    Cons

    This was my first retail job. Even though I was hired on to "fix" phones I was often encouraged to lie and say the phone was unfixable, and try to sell them a new phone. The sales tactics that were used other than that one were also shady, and it became apparent to me how much I would have to throw my integrity out the door in order to excel at this job. Also, the management and and some other employees came of as fake, greedy, and heartless. All in all, it was a bass experience and I'm glad I'm out.

    Advice to Management

    There is no changing the sales industry, so I won't ware my breath.

    None great place to wrk interview process could be smoother but none the less great place to wrk for
