    Pros

Easy to get promoted. Just Sell Sell Sell and get a manager that is on your side. You will be promoted swiftly

    Cons

Company is all over the place. One month they focus on Something that is completely different and contradicts what we where told the month before
Management is incompetent: a good salesman doesn't make a good leader. BUT that is the only way you are promoted. So there are people that dropped out of high school that couldn't lead a Fly to trash in leadership poss.
    Very clicky
When you are wronged. Powers that be look the other way.
    Can make good money.
    Can be promoted quickly.
    company is in chaos
    schedule flexible
They are very disconnected with the common worker. Strategy is customer customer customer. But what they don't realize is that they need to take care of home! They want to make sure the customer is taken care of. And many times perplexed as to how to get better customer service. They don't realize that the neglect they show for the actual sales professionals will trickle down to making the company stronger. As it stands? You are just a piece of cattle.

    Advice to Management

SELL SELL SELL....it's all about sales. Everything else they tell you is lip service. You get promoted from sales. You get recognize from sales. Customer serv. DISTANT sec. Even thought they promote it as if it is no. 1
