    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Sprouts Farmers Market part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not really any, the culture is profoundly business-oriented with little regard for personal and professional concerns (working two jobs or going to school for example)

    Cons

Management is not interested in their employees, heavily draconian practices, and a somewhat oppressive in-store atmosphere - I never felt like family, just a machine.

    Advice to Management

Stop jerking your employees; get your principles right; employees that are not treated well shirk duties and are unhappy, a mentality that they pass off to the customer. Also, the attendance policies and lunch punch out policies are nearly non-functional for the modern world, YOU CAN'T ACCOUNT FOR TRAFFIC, PERIOD. Overall, figure out what makes other stores more or less successful, treat employees like people not machines, and allow some guise of leniency so the employees want to work for you and give their all in doing so. You can't swear at employees in a dehumanizing way and expect them to consider you professional.
