    Pros

The firm was a great firm to work for, learned a lot, made friends. They tried very had to create a family environment.

    Cons

No room for growth. The office administrator would have favorites and it showed. They would release employees based on tenure rather than job performance.

I worked at Squire Sanders & Dempsey full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Relatively market compensation; Generally collegial atmosphere; Reasonable work-life balance.

Cut the number of lawyers in management getting a free ride; Hire business school graduates instead of lawyers to manage the business; Grow your own talent from within rather than looking to laterals to save the day and find other ways to fix the major morale problems before the whole place implodes.
