    Pros

    Good work/life balance, good affordable health coverage and upward mobility. The likelihood of layoff is minimal.

    Cons

    The perks of working for this hospital have dwindled over the last few years because of COVID and several changes within upper management (CEO). It doesn't feel like home as much as it did 5 years ago.
