Pros

5 comp nights at many St. Regis locations.

Cons

Management is horrible. They care more about the processes than the people.

Advice to Management

Take some management courses and learn how to lead people by serving them. Lose the ego.

    Good Property. Very good reputation. Very low turnover. Very unique atmosphere.

    Cons

    No opportunities to get a promotion. People work there for 20 years including management.

    Advice to Management

    Please let new creative people to be promoted and listen to your staff.
