    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at St. Vincent's Hospital full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Resident program for new nurses is great.

    Cons

No raises for nurses. Only administration gets raises. Retention rate for nurses suffers because of this.

    Advice to Management

Take the money you use for new sign on bonuses and give raises to the people who made the hospital a magnet and put it in the U.S. Best Hospitals. If you don't, you will continue to lose good nurses to UAMS and the VA.
